I hate to be contrary, but that cover art is definitely by Wallace Wood. No mistaking his style. (Take a look at the face of that human. Looks a lot like the faces he did for "Mad" comics, which is now a magazine, I believe.)
Nothing against the brilliant work of Emsh, who can draw in any style wonderfully.
